Eligibility for Refunds

At RubiaVell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags
  • The item is not a personalized or custom-made product
  • The item is not marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] with your order number
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Package the item securely with all original packaging and documentation
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance
  • Refunds will be processed in the original currency of payment

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items that show signs of wear or have been altered
  • Items not returned in their original packaging
