Eligibility for Refunds
At RubiaVell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags
- The item is not a personalized or custom-made product
- The item is not marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] with your order number
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely with all original packaging and documentation
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
International Returns
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance
- Refunds will be processed in the original currency of payment
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items that show signs of wear or have been altered
- Items not returned in their original packaging
